Chicken Cashew nut Salad . ▫️Ingredients 1 cup chicken Black pepper Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon Flour/ Maida 1 table spoon Cornflour 1 table spoon 1 whole egg Salt to taste Capsicum 1/3 cup Cashew half cup Sauce mix- 1 cup (2 tbs sriracha +2 tbs chili sauce+Tabasco sauce+soya sauce 1.5 tbs + tomato sauce and fill the cup) . ▫️Process 1. In a mixing bowl add chicken, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, corn flower, flour, egg and salt and mix well. 2. In a pan heat oil and shallow fry the chicken pieces. Make sure they have a crispy outer layer. 3. Separate the chicken and now fry the cashewnut in the same oil until it turns slightly golden. 4. Separate the Cashew nut now and in the same oil now add the capsicum. You can use 3 different types of capsicum or even 1. 5. Separate the capsicum as well. Now in the same pan add the sauce mixture and let it simmer for a while or let it reduce a little. Now add the chicken, cashew nut and capsicum and sauté well until the sauce is well coated with everything. 6. Serve and enjoy! . Note: 1. You can skip adding the Tabasco sauce and sriracha sauce or even add oyster sauce if you want. Whatever you add in total the proportion should be 1 cup. 2. Mixing a pinch of sugar in the sauce mix will enhance the flavors. 3. You can add onions, diced tomatoes and carrots for a more healthier version of Cashewnut salad .
