Last post of my #3days6drinks challenge !!!! . . 💢Aam Panna : Aam ka Panna is prepared from unripe mangoes and thus serves as a good source of nutrition. This drink is rich in carbohydrates, Vitamins A, B1, B2, and C. ... Aam Panna drink is a healthy beverage that has a number of remarkable health benefits. Chop some green mangoes. Add a pinch of salt , chat masala , cumin powder and one table spoon sugar. You can also use some chilli flakes for the kick. Blend them smoothly. Take a glass. Add the mixture, some water and ice cubes. Stir and drink. You can even add some chopped green mangoes for the extra flavour. Too refreshing 🤤. . . . . 💢Mint lemonade: Take some lemons , mint and ginger cloves in a glass and smash them together. Add a pinch of salt and sugar according to your need. Add the lemon juice after squeezing. You can add some ice cubes for the chill. Try these amazing drinks and enjoy. . . . . . . . Drinks are too much important for us. After fasting for long hours , we must drink something edible which is important for us and keep us hydrated . And it would be better if we skip in taking soda drinks or soft drinks during Iftar. . . . . . Let’s fight this together together staying at home maintaining hygiene and praying as much as we can.
