Khao Pad Gong (Thai Fried Rice with Shrimp ) Weird name , isn’t it ? But it tastes amazing. If you haven’t tried yet , then you need to try it as soon as possible. In Thailand, fried rice along with basil chicken (or other variations), are dishes that nearly every stir fry restaurant serves, especially common at street food stalls. Due to this virus , my trip to Thailand got cancelled. I don’t even know whether I be able to go there or not. Let’s hope for the best. Required Ingredients: 💢1.5 cup cooked rice 💢Shrimp 💢¼ of a big white onion 💢1 leaf of Chinese broccoli 💢2 cloves garlic 💢Carrot 💢1 egg 💢½ tablespoon soy sauce 💢½ tablespoon oyster sauce 💢Pinch of sugar 💢1 tablespoon of oil for frying Procedure: 🔘Take a pan and fry some onions. Add the veggies and shrimp. Let them cook for few minutes. Add a pinch of salt according to your taste. 🔘Take aside and scramble an egg in the same pan. Sauté for few minutes. 🔘Mix soya sauce oyster sauce and some sugar. Add the rice in the pan. Later add the mixture of sauce. Mix everything carefully. 🔘Cook for sometime. And it’s done. Tastes so good 🤤🤤. . . Let’s fight this together together staying at home maintaining hygiene and praying as much as we can.
