I was asking you guys what I am making. Like most said it's kind of pickle. We grow green chillies at home and this harvest was excessive. So decided to make Mor Milagai / Green chillies in butter milk. These green chillies are soaked in salted butter milk and sun-dried then soaked again and then sun-dried till it absorbs the buttermilk which reduces the spiciness of the chilli. Then those dried chillies are saved and fried in oil during serve. Mostly like a pickle one or two can be eaten with curd rice.
