Croissants are a common part of a continental breakfast in many European countries. Usually made of a layered yeast-leavened dough. The dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times in succession, then rolled into a sheet, in a technique called laminating. The process results in a layered, flaky texture, similar to a puff pastry.( Source: Wikipedia) Few days ago I got an opportunity to visit @oro_holey. Though I am not a fan of croissants, my friend insisted me to buy one. Took the Almond croissant which will cost you 120 tk ++ Filled with homemade almond frangipane cake out really good. A revelation in texture, flavour and flakiness. Goes well with a cup of coffee. Recommended ✅
